Admissions can supply you with application materials, admission policies, catalogues and answer any other general questions you may have.
Students ready to enter the junior year of the Health Sciences program must complete the HLSC Upper Level Progression Form (Microsoft EXCEL) and submit it by April 1st prior to starting their junior year. The form is returned to Dr. Thomas Herrmann, Program Director, via email or hard copy.
