How to Apply

SAP Application (Brochure)
To apply for admission via the Standard Admission Pathway (SAP), applicants must:
1) Complete the PTCAS application: www.ptcas.org
Available: July 1
Application Deadline: October 1, 2012

2) Complete the UC Graduate School Application: grad.uc.edu/admissions.html
Available: July 1
Application Deadline: October 1, 2012

NOTE: The DPT Program start term is Summer. If you enter a start term of Fall, you will receive a message stating that admissions for this program is closed.

JEAP Application
To apply for admission via the Junior Early Admission Pathway (JEAP), applicants must:
1) Complete the JEAP Application (Not Available).
2) Submit 2 letters of recommendation from HLSC faculty.
3) Submit official transcripts.

Application Available: January 1.
Application Deadline: March 26.

Admission for JEAP 2012 is now closed. Applicants will be notified of their status in late April/early May.

HEAP Application
To apply for admission via the High-School Early Admission Pathway (HEAP), applicants must:
1) Apply and be accepted into UC’s Health Science program.
2) Complete the HEAP Application.
3) Submit 3 letters of recommendation
4) Submit 2 Essays
5) Submit Curriculum Vitae (CV).

Application Available: September 1
Application Deadline: January 31.

Admission for HEAP 2012 is now closed.  Applicants will be notified of their status in late February.
