How to Apply
Bachelor of Science in Dietetics (Coordinated Program) – How to Apply
CP applications are accepted in the last week of January each year. A complete application includes:
- Application form with signature
- Official copy of all transcripts
- 3 recommendation forms, including signed (by student) waiver form for each
- 2 from course instructors; preferably 1 foods course instructor and 1 nutrition course instructor
- 1 from a work supervisor

Applications may also be dropped off in the Department of Nutritional Sciences office.
Certificate of Supervised Practice in Dietetics (SPD) – How to Apply
SPD Certificate applications are accepted in the last week of January each year. A complete application includes:
- Application form with signature
- Official copy of all transcripts
- Recommendation forms, including signed (by student) waiver form for each
- 2 from course instructors; preferably 1 foods course instructor and 1 nutrition course instructor
- 1 from a work supervisor
