The Certificate and Undergraduate Student Handbook provides details about the different majors in the Department of Nutritional Sciences, discusses College and Department policies and procedures, and internship requirements for those interested in becoming a registered dietitian.

The Portfolio Guidelines provide specific information on writing a professional portfolio. All undergraduate students (with the exception of those in the Certificate Programs) are required to complete a professional portfolio to meet their University capstone requirements.
