How to Apply
High school seniors and students transferring to UC from other colleges and universities can apply online through the University of Cincinnati Office of Admissions. Information about the admissions process, as well as links to the online application, can be found at www.admissions.uc.edu.
Students currently enrolled in a UC program should complete an “Application for Change in College and Program” form (sometimes referred to as the “On-Campus Transfer Form”) and submit it to the School of Social Work. This form is available in your current college office. Once the form has been received, the college advising office will evaluate your academic record and communicate with you about the transition process.
You may be asked to schedule an advising appointment to discuss an educational plan.
