Amber Boyd, PT, DPT, DHSc, MBA, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Cincinnati and serves as Program Director for the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. She completed her residency at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and is a Board-Certified Sports Clinical Specialist Emeritus. Dr. Boyd earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy and Doctor of Health Sciences degrees from the University of Indianapolis and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati Lindner College of Business. Her scholarly interests focus on interprofessional education and collaborative practice, workforce readiness and retention, and fostering student success in health professions education.
